LOS ANGELES LANDS ITS FIRST TV FEST

With the Los Angeles Film Festival wrapping up and Outfest starting up, it's easy to forget what's lacking from all the festival galas, tributes, and Q&As: the medium of television. Despite that Los Angeles is the hub for most of the television production in the world, TV -- unlike its more respected counterpart -- enjoys no festival of its own. We've made some improvements to our website. We've added some new forms for you to fill out, and I know how fun that is. These forms are specific. Now, you can sign up to audition for the show, or add your video to our site or be featured on our show. You can also upload changes to your online profile, as well as win a Nano. Sketch Armstrong Appearing At Comedy Festivals

Sketch Armstrong's Insight Into the Enemy will be shown as part of the HBO Comedy Festival's "2006 - Best of the Shorts" Screening for the American Cinematheque on November 28th.

Sketch Armstrong's Insight Into The Enemy and Drouche will be shown as part of the LA Sketch Festival Shorts Program, running October 19 - November 4 at The McCadden Theater in Hollywood.



Summer of Tears Pilot Premiere's To A Sold Out Crowd

The Summer of Tears sold out the show at their pilot premiere at the UCB Theater in Hollywood this past Wednesday. All the hard work is paying off. The Summer of Tears is a solid unit of extremely gifted improv actors, and a definite must see. You can see them each month at the Comedy Cocktail.

We've recently updated our website in an effort to improve the way we deliver information to our Comedy Cocktail family. As you can see, We've added a new look. This allows us the leg room to spread out our online content and provide you with more inforamtion about our shows and sketch groups. We provide news and information as well as other features, like our short films; sketch group profiles; and our new online store.

Remember, our site will grow over time with updated Information regarding our shows, special guests, feature acts, and the Comedy Cocktail players. We will continue to create new ways to provide you the best website possible. Remember to give us your feedback and let us know what you think. Sketch Armstrong's has been accepted in the Montreal Comedy Festival.

Sketch Armstrong's short film, Insight Into The Enemy, which was selected for the 2006 HBO Aspen Comedy Arts Festival has just been accepted into the 2006 Montreal Comedy Festival.
